Henry and the US Extraordinary team remained in Mann’s private jet for some time after landing. They were met on the tarmac by a military vehicle. Since the conversation took place outside the plane, I was able to monitor their discussion. Cassidy Blank was being detained for debriefing and deportation due to security reasons. Watchdog 267 will be continuing his surveillance of his subject.

Watchdog 213 and I have requested a briefing session with Watchdog 199, concerning Captain Percival White, USAF. Apparently, he has been added to this covert team. Capt. White seems to have replaced the Australian Extraordinary on this mission.

The team filed flight plans to New Mexico and upon arriving, Mann left the airplane on his own and returned with a large rental truck. Henry remained in the plane with the others, however our equipment is not good enough to eavesdrop on the conversation through the plane’s hull. When Mann returned with the truck, Henry and Dr Cobain climbed into the back, while Capt. White and Sasaki boarded the cab, where Mann tied blindfolds over their eyes.

We followed, observing this unusual behavior. While we knew that they were going to take Dr Cobain to a secure location, it was assumed that all members of the team would be party to its location. Because of the remoteness of the roads, we were only able to arrange to sightings before it became necessary to fall back on satellite images.

Satelite tracking located the moving truck parked at a concrete bunker in the desert, the former location of nuclear miss silo USA1171011c.

The truck was sighted leaving the silo base. Infrared imaging confirmed that the entire team was leaving, and that Dr Cobain was not with them. Upon returning to the airfield, flight plans were immediately filed for an overseas flight.

Mann’s jet touched down in Tokyo for refueling and layover. Following his flight plan, I have arrived and set up for observation. Aside from refueling, the team seems to have had no purpose in stopping in Tokyo, but Mann left the plane with Henry not long after touchdown.

I followed the pair to a clothier’s. Henry seemed quite nervous and the two of them were talking on and off about formal dinners, Japanese cuisine, and sumo wrestling. Henry left the store wearing a tailored suit. Haven stolen clothing receipts from Henry’s garbage on those occasions where he has special ordered clothes, I estimate that a suit of that quality and size cost upwards of ten thousand dollars, US.

Henry seemed very uncomfortable in his new clothes, and throughout the dinner. Henry seemed to be disturbed by his size more than usual. I believe that his discomfort was caused by being surrounded by people even smaller than he is used to, and thus reminded of his own abnormal size. The formal and expensive setting no doubt contributed to his awkwardness. It is if note that Henry glanced often at Nano Sasaki, perhaps seeking approval of his attire or behavior.

The entire social occasion was more dangerous than his comrades knew. Two decades ago, similar pressure caused me to rank Henry as a threat level Gamma. I fear a repeat of history in this case, and with the danger that the team seems to be in and the violence they have already seen, this may escalate beyond what I have seen from Henry before.

We were waiting for Mann’s plane of the ground in Singapore. When they did not arrive on time, we began monitoring radio channels and that is when we overheard the order to land and prepare to be boarded. We are unable to determine why the Singapore police made this demand, and there seemed to be no legal reason for it from our research.

When the plane landed, we observed a motorcade of limousines circle the plane. We counted thirteen men surrounding the plane, one of whom we identified as James Marsh, the Extraordinary who confronted the team in Ecuador.

Henry was the only member of the team to exit the plane. His exchange with Marsh was short, but I have attached a recording of the conversation to this report. He followed the exchange by punching Marsh with crippling force.

The men, obviously not Singapore police, attacked and Henry was surrounded. Henry limped back onto the plane after a short fight, but none of his wounds seemed to be serious. No broken bones and no deep tissue damage, despite the use of armor-piercing rounds. This leads me to my request for more powerful explosive armaments. If Henry Thomas needs to be stopped, it will take significant weaponry to do the job.

During the fight, Sasaki and Capt. White flew onto the scene and participated. While I focused my observing to Henry, it did not escape our attention that a fourth figure arrived on the scene. An armored person that we have identified as PROTOX.

Little is known about who PROTOX is, however, my infrared equipment did confirm a human heat signature inside, eliminating the possibility of a android. Who PROTX is, and why they would intervene in this matter is entirely unknown, especially since PROTOX has never been seen outside of the US until now. However, PROTOX is not an Extraordinary. The suit is a weapon system, and we’ll leave the policing of that to the federal government. Since they seem unable or unwilling to accept the dangers represented by Extraordinaries, the Watchguard will do what must be done.

The fight ended after most of Marsh’s men were killed or injured. Marsh himself began to glow with intense electricity. After a few moments, he seemed to detonate. There were no remains. Marsh was at least a Lamda level Extraordinary.

PROTOX left the scene as soon as the firefight was over, leaving the others. There was no sign of Mann during or after the fight, however tapped cell phone calls between Mann and Henry explained that he had run away during the fight. However, while Capt. White went to retrieve him, Sasaki was taken into custody by the real Singapore police.

We will attempt to make further inquiries and find out why she is being held. The situation will be monitored closely, as an international incident involving Extraordinaries may finally bring to public attention the true threat of super-powered individuals.
